Speaking directly to the public, he questioned the silence surrounding the issue.“When will you wake up? Around 20 young students have already lost their lives. These children dedicate years of their lives preparing for these examinations, only to discover that the exams were leaked or fixed,” Wangchuk said.He further cautioned that the consequences of examination malpractice extend far beyond individual students. According to him, if those who cheat in medical entrance tests eventually become doctors, they will be responsible for treating future generations. He argued that the same concern applies to engineers and other professionals, stressing that remaining silent today could have long-term consequences for society.
