NEW DELHI: The 31st edition of Gifts World Expo and the inaugural Paperworld Delhi will be held together at Bharat Mandapam from July 30 to August 1, bringing the gifting, stationery, paper and office-supplies industries onto a common business platform.The organisers said the co-located exhibitions will feature more than 850 exhibitors, 6,000 brands and around 30,000 products. The events are expected to attract manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce companies, corporate buyers, educational institutions and hospitality-sector purchasers.Gifts World Expo will showcase corporate, festive, wedding, luxury, customised and promotional gifts, besides handicrafts, home décor, travel accessories, kitchen appliances, wellness products and confectionery.Paperworld Delhi, being held in the Capital for the first time after five editions in Mumbai, will focus on stationery, writing instruments, school and office supplies, art materials, paper products, packaging, educational solutions and workplace essentials.

The exhibitions will also have dedicated spaces for start-ups, product innovations and sustainable solutions. Industry discussions and workshops under “Gift Talks” and “Paper Talks” will cover consumer trends, branding, packaging, sustainability, retail transformation and changes in workplaces and education.Himani Gulati, director of MEX Exhibitions, said the addition of Paperworld would create opportunities for businesses from the two related industries to engage with a wider group of buyers and suppliers.The exhibitions are being jointly organised by MEX Exhibitions and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India. Organisers said the partnership was aimed at developing an integrated sourcing and networking platform for the gifting and stationery sectors in north India.
