Is the episode from Season 1 or Season 2?
Well, that’s exactly where the mystery begins. Despite the buzz, Farah Khan, Uorfi Javed and Tanmay Bhat have not appeared in any release episode of India’s Got Latent Season 2, which returned in June 2026, as per the discussions on social media.
The viral video is believed to be from a past unreleased episode that was shot separately and never made it to YouTube. While fans are trying to figure out whether it belongs to Season 1 or if it was secretly shot for Season 2.
Social media has quickly turned into a detective board, with viewers dissecting old clips, outfits and guest appearances in hopes of solving the mystery. One fan summed up everyone’s feelings with a simple post: ‘This is from the previous season. Won’t be able to watch it now :(.”
One wrote, “That lineup would’ve been pure chaos, unfortunate timing.”
One still hopes, “That might get released on Netflix only.” “They should release episodes from last season. Who will know konse season ka konsa ep hai? Plus, ranveer wala ep ke alawa last season ke bhi saare release kardo; I missed a few of them. People have already moved on to different news.”
One shared a screenshot of the logo of India’s Got Talent 2 and pointed out, “Where are the handcuffs, my friend?”

“This may never come out because this was shot last time. In the latent logo there are no handcuffs,” another added.
“If someone roasts Farah truly, any unwanted controversies would emerge!” one commented.
One even calls it “Looks AI”.
While on, complained, “Nothing wild will happen this season.” Only promotion of AI Plus, which has got some YouTubers blocked through the court for daring to review their videos. No rawness, no novelty, no edginess. And dare someone point this out, lest people start screaming, ‘Do you want him to go to jail?’ ‘Will you protect him?’ – people really love their millionaires as icons. Amazing.”
Another also has a picture pointing out, “It’s an AI-generated image.” 😭😭😭. “
“Guys, even if you had previous season clips from the live shows, please don’t upload them; he might just do some editing and upload those EPs in this season, you never know, but if you upload them, then it’s a hundred per cent guarantee that these episodes are not going to upload anytime in the future 🥲,” and more such comments flowed in.

But why wasn’t it released?
The biggest theory points towards the controversy that surrounded India’s Got Latent Season 1. After the legal controversy linked to a different episode featured Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay removed all episodes of Season 1 from YouTube.
The incident also led the police to question and put the show’s future under scrutiny. Because of that, many fans believe this Farah Khan-Tanmay Bhat-Uorfi Javed episode was filmed during the first season but never got the chance to be released.
However, so far there has been no official confirmation released from either Samay Raina or any other celebs seen in the video.
Season 2 of India’s Got Latent 2 is already stacked
Even without this mystery episode, India’s Got Latent Season 2 has been keeping fans entertained. The latest season has already featured Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, while reports suggest Punjabi singer Karan Aujla could also appear in an upcoming episode.
Still, for many fans, the unreleased panel featuring Farah Khan, Uorfi Javed, Tanmay Bhat and KR$NA remains the most anticipated episode of them all. Until Samay Raina breaks his silence, the internet will continue doing what it’s best at: making theories, sharing clips and hoping that one day, the long-lost episode finally drops.
