After making his mark in Punjabi shows like Tedha Medha Sadda Vedha and Dildaariyan, actor Pardeep Singh Toor transitioned to Hindi TV with projects including Tu Juliet Jatt Di, Kumkum Bhagya and Jurm Aur Jazbaat. Most recently, he was seen as Mangal in Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hai, the spin-off of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, before exiting post the 10-year leap.Now, the actor is thrilled to share screen space with veterans Zeenat Aman, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi and Pallavi Joshi in the upcoming web series Margao Files – The Unsolved Case.Getting candid about the experience, Pardeep says, “Working with Zeenat Aman ji was absolutely amazing and an incredible experience. We all watched her, especially her iconic songs, and she has a unique, unmatched personality. I truly don’t think there is anyone else quite like her. On set, she is so warm and fun-loving. We shared so many laughs and made wonderful memories together. Since our shoot was outside Mumbai, traveling and filming in Gujarat and Goa made the whole experience even more special. Her grace, energy, and kindness elevated every moment. It was a privilege to work alongside a legend.”In the series, Pardeep essays Nick, Zeenat Aman’s on-screen grandson. “In this project, I portray Nick, Zeenat Aman ji’s fun-loving, carefree grandson with a spoilt-brat streak. He’s mischievous yet endearing, bringing chaos and charm in equal measure. Playing him let me explore a lighter, playful side while sharing incredible scenes with a true legend,” he shares.He also opened up about working with Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, who plays his mother in the show. “I was incredibly fortunate to work with Suchitra Krishnamoorthi ji, who plays my mother. Like everyone else, I grew up loving her iconic film with Shah Rukh Khan, so sharing the screen with her was a beautiful experience. She’s warm, fun-loving, and such a joy to be around. I kept teasing her, asking, ‘How do you manage to stay forever young like this?’ Beyond her energy and grace, she gave me really valuable acting tips. Working with her wasn’t just professionally rewarding — it was personally heartwarming, and something I’ll always cherish.”Pardeep had equal praise for Pallavi Joshi, who plays his Maasi. “Pallavi Joshi Ma’am played my Maasi on set, and she is an absolute diva. Her acting, grace, and attitude are mesmerizing — she commands every scene without effort. Working with her was again a privilege. We shared so many fantastic, fun memories together, from quiet moments between takes to bursts of laughter that lit up the whole set.
