Director Abhigyan Mukherjee’s upcoming film Anumaner Bhittite has expanded its ensemble cast as shooting continues in and around Kolkata. The film has welcomed Darshana Banik, John Bhattacharya, Dolon Roy, Abhijit Guha, Judhajit Banerjee, Radhika Preeta Majumdar and Arko Bhattacharya to its already impressive lineup.Darshana will be seen as Mohini, a child psychologist, in what is said to be one of the film’s key roles. Rohaan plays the adult version of her brother, Arko, while John joins the contemporary timeline in a pivotal role. Based on author Arka Jyoti Mitra’s tenth novel, Anumaner Bhittite explores themes of identity, self-discovery and relationships across generations. The film also stars Lily Chakraborty, Sreelekha Mitra and Amrita Chattopadhyay in prominent roles.
