Users began sharing older photos of Pinkchyu and accusing her of being a “fake goth” and “catfishing” viewers. Others also brought up her past legal dispute with former partner Tectone, adding another layer to the backlash.
Drake and Pinkchyu’s viral 20-v-1 moment draws backlash
Drake’s 20-v-1 dating event, streamed on Kick, quickly became a major talking point after Pinkchyu’s appearance. During their one-on-one conversation, she asked him, “Would you bark for me?” Drake agreed, and the clip spread widely online.The exchange stood out even more because Drake had spoken during the stream about wanting a “gothic baddie.” Pinkchyu appeared in a goth-inspired outfit and later won the dating event. After being selected, she also asked Drake if he would buy her mother a house so she could retire.The playful interaction was not received positively by everyone.
